Well, don’t worry because here we have prepared a list of essential beauty items that you must carry inside your luggage in order to keep yourself well put together even on the run.

Now shed your entire dilemma and go through the following guide:

If you see the value in these products and choose to purchase via my referral links, I may earn a small commission at no extra cost to you.

1. Makeup Wipes

One of the top travel essentials that you should never forget to keep in your makeup bag is a pack of makeup remover wipes; these wet wipes or cleansing towelettes help to remove makeups easily and effectively without even having to wash your face (you might not find enough clean water to wash your face during camping or hiking) to reveal the fresh, cleaned skin underneath.

Neutrogena Makeup Remover Cleansing Towelettes

Makeup wipes, like the Neutrogena Makeup Remover Cleansing Towelettes, not only dissolve all traces of dirt, oil and even the most stubborn makeup from your face successfully but at the same time also help to remove germs and impurity from the hands to give you a more refreshed and clean feeling.

2. Travel Skin Care Set

You don’t have to let go of your skincare routine just because you are traveling. You can and you must take the best care of your face and skin even when you are on the run, and that’s why you should never forget to pack the miniature version of your favorite skincare products to maintain the best look of your skin on the trip. We are suggesting miniature sizes because these sizes will not take a lot of space in your luggage but still ensure the top care of your skin.

Nivea Pamper Time 5 Piece Luxury Collection Set

Pack a compact set, like this NIVEA Pamper Time 5 Piece Luxury Collection Set, that comes with everything you need to moisturize and pamper your skin. From body wash to body lotion, moisturizing face cream and lip balm, this set will provide you with every item to keep your face and body well-moisturized and hydrated everywhere you go.

Another great feature of this NIVEA Pamper Time Set is that it comes in an alluring travel bag so that you don’t need to buy an extra toiletries bag for your trips.

3. Dry Shampoo

Moroccan Oil Dry Shampoo

A dry shampoo, such as the Moroccan Oil Dry Shampoo, can be the best companion for your hair when you are traveling. That’s because this miraculous product can clean your manes and add lustrous bounce and volume your hair strands without even washing them with water. Also, the dry ingredients of a dry shampoo tend to suck off all the dirt, oil and debris from the scalp making sure that the scalp is clean and refreshed throughout the visit.

4. Travel Flat Iron

If you are a blue blood fashionista and always want to look your best, even when traveling, we would suggest you pack the best travel hair straighteners right now. We are suggesting you carry a flat iron instead of other heat styling tools because, with straightening iron, other than just straightening your tresses, you can also create curls and waves and deck up yourself differently every day during your trip.

HSI Professional Glider Mini Half Inch Flat Iron

Hair enthusiasts recommend this HSI Professional Glider Mini 0.5″ Flat Iron especially for traveling purposes because this tool is small, compact and super lightweight and hence, can be carried around with you easily and comfortably to anywhere you go. Furthermore, this straightener is so small (6 inches in length) that you can also put it inside your makeup pouch without much effort.

5. Sunscreen

Wherever you go, the thumb rule is to never ever skip your sunscreen in order to keep your face and skin from burning down. It can be quite hard to find (and often expensive) in some places and that’s why you should always remember to buy and put an excellent sunscreen in your travel bag before you set off to your destination.

La Roche Posay Anthelios Tinted Mineral Sunscreen

We would suggest you try out the La Roche Posay Anthelios Tinted Mineral Sunscreen because this non-greasy cream is dermatologist tested and provides broad-spectrum protection of SPF 50 to make sure your face is safe from free radicals and doesn’t suffer from sunburns and skin damages.

6. Miniature Perfume or Roll-on

Marc Jacobs Daisy Decadence Mini Variety Set

“Perfume is the way to your memories”- pack a small bottle of your most favorite perfume in your bag to not only smell good in your trips but also to remember some very special places and memories. You can also try a travel size perfume set, like the Marc Jacobs Daisy Decadence Mini Variety Set, to smell different yet fresh every day on your trip.

7. Travel Toothbrush and Toothpaste

Now a day, every luxury hotel and resorts provide toothbrush, toothpaste in each room but if you are taking a trip to the woods, a toothbrush and toothpaste combo is a must for you to breathe fresh always.

We would recommend this Colgate Max Fresh Wisp Disposable Mini Toothbrush because it is small, lightweight and is pre-pasted so that you don’t need to carry any additional toothpaste with you for convenience.

8. Hand Sanitizer

Even if you are not a germ-phobic, you still need a hand sanitizer when you are on the go. This is because this teeny weeny anti-bacterial gel helps to keep your hands clean and germ-free and keep any disease and infections at arm’s length so that you don’t fall sick while traveling.

  2. Hi,

There is no doubt that you have put up a really great list here. I have read the list thoroughly and think that it couldn’t get any better. A woman won’t need anything else for her beauty care routine while she is on the go. From cleaning your skin to keeping it well protected and keeping you hygienic, the list covered all.

However, I have a little question to ask. Why did you suggest makeup wipes instead of micellar water? As far as I know micellar works better than wipes.

I would like to know your thoughts on this.

    • Dear Sharon,

First of all, we would like to thank you for your sweet compliments. We are overwhelmed with your responses. We enjoy our readers’ feedback.

Secondly, it is true that micellar works better than wipes. But as it is liquid, there are high possibilities of spillage during your travels. Moreover, for cleansing water, you have to carry additional cotton pads to use it. For the most convenience, we have recommended wipes.

We hope this would help you to understand.

  3. Thank you very much for including the dry shampoo in your list. The idea of carrying a dry shampoo never crossed my mind whenever I go for camping. I always carried mini-pack shampoos which are a total mess.

I have made a list according to your guide. Now, I will be tip-top whenever I travel or go for camping.

    Keep it up guys.
